The F8X M3/M4 DCT transmission is fast, responsive, and built for performance, but like any transmission, the fluid and filters break down over time. Old DCT fluid can lead to rough shifting, delayed engagement, increased wear, and reduced transmission life. DCT service kits typically include fluid, filter, pan, gasket, and related hardware depending on the service level.

At 1010 Performance, our F8X DCT service includes draining and replacing the transmission fluid, servicing the DCT filter system, replacing the pan/gasket as needed, and performing the proper fill and temperature-based level procedure.
